  For a long time, I have purchased gas and shopped at this convenience store in Hickory. I remember when it was being designed and ready to open. This past Tuesday, May 21st, I was shocked to find such mean and less than courteous staff when I tried to pump gas and used my Bi-Lo Card, I waited several minutes for the pump to be turned on, finally, I walked inside and gave the clerk $40 dollars to start the pump so I could get gas. When I went back to the pump, I noticed the price per gallon had not changed, and my Bi-Lo Card had displayed that I had a .10 cent per gallon reduction available. I pumped the gas, and went back inside the store. When I asked about the price per gallon telling the clerk I wanted the "difference" (less cost) after pumping gas, she nearly bit my head off, telling me, "We don't do that here" "We are NOT a Shell station, just a store that sells Shell Gas." I replied that I had been given the difference in the past, when the card reader was not working at the pump, and she said, "Not at this store, because I don't know how to do that". I noticed as she was telling me this, that she had her forearm 'covered' with tattoo's, and that bothered me since it appeared she was barely old enough to understand proper treatment of customers. Needless to say, I will use my Bi-Lo Card at "OTHER" Shell stations, and I will avoid this store due to the EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I suggest others take this into consideration, when you spend your money, and expect to be treated in a friendly manner, NOT as if "Your just another PROBLEM" Thanks, Richard Garrison Morganton, NC
