  Studio 321 has cutting edge products for all your designing needs for your Kitchen, Bath, Flooring and design elements. I was amazed at the craftsmanship that they offered. The showroom is in this cute stone building and shows so many unique and quality items in their space and actually show you the ideas throughout their showroom that you need to set off your own space. I was so pleased with the ideas they gave me on how to make my home efficient and pretty...the truth was in the pudding when my friends paid me those complements! They also have their own installer Hartman Tile and Marble which always dealt with us in a very professional and trusting way. We particularly appreciated Jeff keen eye for detail and quality work. Jeff and his great crew always did what they promised, on time every time which resulted in a great experience for us. Phil & Annette S.

  Studio 321 and its owner is worthless, all the shiny showroom bling and the design talk falls through, when you decide to use Studio 321, all the promises written and verbal are worthless, none of the promised installation dates come true, they use subcontractors and do not return phone calls or answers questions. Thanks to them a closing on our house falls through, since they don't finish the job they should have finished and confirmed 5 weeks ago. Buyers be warned, this was an 3-5 day "easy" job on a new construction and the company screwed it completely up its is still not finished ! There is no excuse for this, Studio 321 and its owner should be ashamed of themselves and I can only hope my warning helps many other people or builders in and around Hickory to avoid the same misery that you are putting me and my family through ! WE GOT NOTHING BUT LIES FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE OWNER! UPDATE: I GUESS ONLINE FEEDBACK HELPS, HE FINALLY DECIDED TO SHOW UP AND FINISH HIS WORK. ONLY 2 MONTHS LATER THAN PROMISED.
