  Great clothes however the customer service is lacking...a lot. I purchased two sets of scrubs and had to take one set back simply bc I liked the way the other set fit better. I asked if I could return for the higher priced set and was told ok. Then I went to purchased the next set and the lady acted as if I was ruining her day. She looked in the system to see if I was in there and said she hadn't put me in bc I lived a few towns over. ???? Really??? I'm not an entire state away!!! She still never put me in at all....I had even said I frequently come to Hickory. There was also a punch card that she never even offered me the first time and had I not pointed it out this time I wouldn't have one now. But that's ok, I probably won't be back! I didn't get the warm fuzzy feeling the second time when I wasn't making a huge purchase.
