  Brought in a half tote of clothing, all brands from the "brands we love" section of their website. Was told the items were hard for them to sell, so they took nothing after waiting for 1 hour and 20 min. Guess those really aren't brands they love.

  Me and my kids took a bunch of very nice brand name clothes in, no stains or anything and they told us to wait 45 then come bacj. We waited and went back they told us that there was light stains on everything which is a lie because most of the items were brand new with tags attached. They was very rude about it.

  With reading the Google reviews before actually going to Plato's Closet to have them check out the clothes that we had, I was kind of worried. But honestly this was the Best Buy in experience from a store to a customer standpoint that I've had. the main thing people complain about is that they don't pay for anything, and we did have about 40 brand new swimsuit pieces, that we got $58 out of. but what's funny is people even expect to get more than half price out of something that they bought in used and are trying to resell just because it's high-end or they want to act like it is, but this is a discount store. They are not making 70 to 80% of retail, yet you're expecting them to pay over 50% of retail for these items. So if that's what you expect of course is not the place for you, but good luck find anywhere else cause there's nowhere else close or reasonable in pricing. Let alone that will even buy anything. Another thing to is the season of course leaving the winter season you can expect to go resale your $80 sweater for $50 when they won't even be able to sell it till next season. although they do do more than close I just have to say that this was the most professional atmosphere that we've dealt with in the most reasonable pricing. Not to mention we got my girlfriend like one of those ushanka hats with teddy bear ears on it that was brand new for $5. If you even got a flea market to look for one of these hats youd expect to pay 10 to $20 and then of course it's paying for a cheap hat. But their jeans shoes and everything we're all relatively priced to give you a great deal on gently used if at all used items.
