Associate wouldn't even let me ask question before she rudely started shaking her head NO like she already knew what I was going to ask. Spent 100$ and wouldn't let me exchange shoes after I purchased. Exchange was all I wanted. I never even left the mall that day. It was literally 10 minutes later. And she started shaking her head at me when I walked back in. I will most definitely be taking my business to footlocker.
