  Very unsatisfied with customer service.We added on a bathroom and purchased all of our fixtures, sinks, freestanding tub and toilet from them. Once we pulled of the plastic wrap of the tub we noticed a chip. I contacted Ferguson and was told the person in charge would be in touch with me . I never heard back from them. I contacted the manufacturer and they immediately scheduled for someone to come out and repair it. I guess it really doesn't matter anymore where you buy and how much you spend, you still get the same lousy customer service. I could have purchased everything separate and saved some money by purchasing online and having it shipped to Lowe's or Home Depot. Next time I will.
