  Two weeks ago I tried to place an order online for a bed spread. The total was $51.35 . For whatever reason my order would not go through. The item was still in my cart and I had no confirmation number. I checked my card information and seen where Bed Bath & Beyond charged my card not only for the total amount of my order but they also placed two $1 holds. All were done on the same day (2/22/18). I tried several times, fruitlessly, to get this resolved with your company. I spoke to 4 different people, all of which told me that it was only a hold and I would have the money back within a couple days. This didn’t happen. None of them took down our conversations or the problem I was having so I had to give the same information over and over only to be told “You don’t have an order showing, there is nothing I can do”. I’m not sure what kind of hinky business practice BB&B has but I do know that if there was going to be a hold placed, it should have only been $1. Instead you not only placed two $1 holds you also took the total amount. Since I could not get any help from your company I called my bank and explained my situation and your unwillingness to help me. I am hopeful that this will finally be resolved. I will be giving you this same bad review on every platform I can. I will tell people the ridiculous way your company handled the problem you caused and I personally will never shop with you or your affiliates again. You have competition that handles problems so much better and I am more than glad to give them my business. WORD OF MOUTH is the fastest spreading publicity, especially when it’s BAD!
